New Members
All new members will have to be nominated and seconded by
a current Rover member. The
preferred method of new members joining is to fill out the membership form and come to a
club meeting and present themselves along with the form and payment at the meeting.
New member nominations must be "Tabled" for a minimum one week before they can
be accepted into the club. All
new members MUST be present to collect your membership in person,
IT WILL NOT BE MAILED TO YOU. However the initial application can be mailed in
(Not the preferred method) with $60
payment ($50 + $10 nomination fee) but as stated before, all new members MUST be present to collect their
membership in person. We will need a 640 x 480 digital photo, or there abouts,
of yourself if single or a parent / main membership user in the case of a
family. Extra membership cards with separate photo for each member of a family
is available for $5.00 per card. There will be a digital camera at the club rooms meeting
nights or a
passport style photo can be scanned if need be.
Club meets every Thursday at Hut 25 Ballarat Airport at 8:15pm. (Except on last Thursday of each Month, being a social night)
